Ok, so in the 15 minutes it took me to make a pot of coffee and take it out to my dad, take those video's and pictures of the hooligans and get half of a cup of coffee drunk myself Grandma fell. When I went outside she was in the bed asleep. She had been sleeping for about 15 minutes so I expected her to nap for a good 2 hours like normal. I'm sitting between the stalls, and her bed is right beside the window where I'm at. If she got up and used her walker like she is supposed to I could hear her as the window was open. I hear nothing until there was a loud crash. Me and dad jump up and run inside and she is laying in the floor about 4 feet away from her bed on her side. I caught her rolling over from her back as I was running in. I swear to you, and she has the nerve to deny she fell. She got down to see what the cat is doing under her bed and the noise we heard was her pushing the computer chair out of the way. LIES LIES LIES!!! The computer chair is where it was left, on the opposite side of the living room. She got hateful when we tried to help her up, but her weak leg gave out and I had to catch her from falling again. I asked her if she hit her head and I'm trying to check for cuts and bruises when she demands I leave her alone and quit saying she fell when she did not. There is no visible bruises, but I expect to find a good one when we help her shower tonight. When mom got up from the nap she was taking due to a migraine and having to take a imatrex a hour ago she told her not to listen to us and that she did not fall. She is NOT listening to us, thinks she does not need her walker, or a cane and every chance she gets she does not use them. She is not going to quit until she does fall and break her hip or worse. When that happens she will have no choice but to go into a nursing home, which I almost think she now wants. The other day while helping her shower I forgot the shampoo she uses and asked her to stay put until I got back. I said the last thing we needed was a broken hip. She replied if that happens then she would just go into a home and have them serve her 3 meals a day and have to do nothing.
