For anyone who hasn’t read my biography, I was law enforcement most of my life, and I have experienced things that many people have never seen. Having had many “ugly memories/Experiences. I have to apologize for not being the most compassionate, thoughtful person I could be. But to my credit, I am trying to change all that.
Ps. (Chickens don’t normally commit malice a forethought)…. But they do commit misdemeanors. It’s about the worms (the more they miss, the meaner they get ) end of rant.

Yes… I have seen this happen “no, you little idjet… your butt goes at the other end of the chicken!” I swear, sometimes I think it’s a miracle that any of my eggs hatch.

Today did not go as I had planned. I didn’t get to see her, didn’t go to the lake, or fishing (I bought some fish at the store yesterday and ate that) but, Arizona is doing better now and she didn’t die.

Oh no. I missed what happened with Arizona. Sorry I am barely on these days. Tonight I left my phone at work, so I'm on my computer. This is WAY better! I need to be on BYC on my computer more often. And notice no typos? LOL!

I just went out and got a few photo's of the mystery chicks. I still question what they are along with their genders. There really is only 1 that for a while I have felt was a female and that is the one with the lighter head. That being said, no crowing, no rooster posturing or even any roo behavior vibes. I do see some wattles forming, but they are still to me seem to be tiny. Again, I'm basing all this off or Marans and Marans crosses who grow huge combs and wattles very quickly. And for the record, I'm sticking to my go to breed choice in the future, they for the most part do not fool me like these guys. Well, besides silkies, I can not promise not to hatch or acquire more little fuzz balls.
Here we are at exactly 9 weeks old, what does everyone think?

They just want to be around me, no food involved at all here. Just happy friendly and in Ezzie's case jealous when I'm not petting her chicks.

Yep it would be a fun time! Esp if there is homebrew involved

Mum is in the midst of making 'brandy' in a bucket right now. Takes 40 days to make, and contains oranges, raisins, lemons, bananas, lots of other fruit, sugar, yeast.... then she drains it lets it settle drains again and settles... Once clear she bottles it andnlets it sit for a month - my uncle told my aunt he could drink as much as he wanted because it's fruit hahaha

It's very sweet and is more an after dinner dessert drink.

Alex without people like you to 'serve and protect' it would be a lawless society. I for one have the utmost respect for law enforcement and military personnel. You will not get any mean talk from me, just hugs and maybe some times a poke to wake you up

Ok I hope you get to see Chaco tomorrow. Let us know how AZ is doing too!
