This is just the sweetest thing to say. Thank you so much. They are a perfect match and I have no doubt that they will have a long and happy marriage. So, I'm quite sorry to have not commented on the Wedding...my focus, good or bad, was on chicken news
I am mesmerized by the evening picture in Positano. The village just glows in the evening twilight! It looks like it is a picture out of a fairly tale
And your daughter looked lovely, like she could have stepped in for Cinderella at any moment! She was just glowing with beauty and happiness! I do wish her and her new husband a very long and happy life together. While no one can predict the future, she has a great example growing up with you and your wife...and that goes a long ways towards future success. I am so happy for you, Mrs. BY Bob & your daughter....what a wonderful way to start your life with your love...a glorious setting and group of loving, supportive people.

The EEs Maleficent and Aurora were next. At least Aurora did add a different color.Beauties all
Is there a possibility of getting any Easter Eggers?
They are both gorgeous ladies. And don't forget Sydney & Bettie with their Barring (I know, that is black and white also, but...barred birds are gorgeous in their own right!)
I only recently discovered this photo of Daisy, the greatest hen ever. It was like uncovering a gold coin in my garden. What a treasure to have another photo of her. She is so regal in this one. The perfect white leghorn.Wow, this is the first pic I have seen of Daisy, TGHE...where she looks quite matronly! That is a good look for her as well![]()
Pink eggs......Aurora is an Easter Egger.....who lays brown eggs...
They will fight until one backs down or gets hurt. There is nothing you can do about it. They have to work it out. It stinks but that is how it works. It is their society not yours. Unless you are prepared to remove one.Ok so Fluffy and Curly were at it again, I can't believe how violent they were fighting!
And neither was backing down...
Is this normal for hens? Esp sisters who grew up together, been broody together....
I really worry about this behaviour, and if they could hurt each other. They are so tiny but so savage![]()
