Yup, they are fake Khaki Campbells!
(actually, they were bred from khaki campbells - an abnormal colored duckling hatched, and instead of culling cause didn't meet the standard, this guy loved the color and bred for that ..to end up with these.. .)

I hear ducks can lay two eggs a day is that true?

Mine never have...and most are Khaki Campbells, the 'queen of layers' in the duck world. But then, I don't want them to go too hog wild., I want them to be healthy and happy!! (though wouldn't mind if they made just a TAD less mess with their water!)

I love that last picture...looks like she is out doing the two-step!

Nothing better than seeing a chicken do the wing-leg stretch (well, maybe seeing them sun or dust bath,,,but,,,)

Wow! So cool! My Dad used to salmon fish the Genesee river in NY. It's a real accomplishment to land one at all. Great job!

My great grandfather would have yelled, “Keep it’s head up!”

I did everything possible, but he was heading down the beach and got out of control. But, I could only have kept it if was 22 inches and a hatchery fish.
