OK, so this is funny. My husband keeps telling people we’re gonna do this and we’re gonna do that on the house that we just bought. You know that I just bought the house we’ve been renting for 13 years, right? Well my husband loves to say we’re gonna push the house out 8 feet in the front, we’re gonna put a master suite above the garage, we’re going to add an accessory dwelling unit, etc. etc. etc. Well, I’ve recently been telling people we’re going to build a second coop and start rescuing roosters! You should’ve seen his face when I said that! God it was funny!

I also don't like it at all. Purple comb always has me thinking heart trouble. Congestive Heart Failure can lead to fluid in the lungs and coughing.

I really hope to read better news further along but I am concerned for you both.

Dakota wanted back outside. Jaffar was waiting for me on the porch, so I picked him up, and he’s inside with me. I’m hoping that Jaffar just wanted to come visit me in the air conditioning (and wasn’t looking for Dakota)
He doesn’t seem to mind being in here. I told him that his ladies can wait for him a half hour or so. Every roo needs some comfort too!

Good Monday Mug Morning everyone

Rose is doing well, I have come to understand that the heat is the cause of her panting and gurgly rattly breathing. Now I am keeping the box fan on for them in the evening.
