So, I've mentioned before that mom is notorious for trying to change chicks names after they are a few months old. She is at it again, and this time so is dad.

Cricket, my mostly white girl with black spots. Dad has decided that no she is not Cricket any longer she is Spot. Of course mom agrees.

If they were only focusing on Cricket I could let it go...but mom is also after another girl for a name change....and I am resisting.

Mom has not settled just yet on a name. She is tossing around Coco, Snickers, and Reese's. Basically she is not a Karen, but some sort of chocolate. Nope, I think she is still Karen.

She is also giving Twig the side eye, under no circumstances shall Twiggy get a name change.

Frankly they can change their names if they want. It does not mean I have to use the new names. Rosie is resisting Cricket's name change as she was the one who named her. She said her middle name can be Spot.

Bout a year old. Hen-Rietta is six years old and lays better than all th the Rocks .that darn rooster hasn’t laid one single egg since I got him! But he has laid the hens…… never mind

No disrespect to you. I was young once. I was young and ruthless, but now I’m just old and toothless.

Alex, I will not secede one inch to a guy younger than me and you dang sure shouldn't. I show no weakness except to God and my wife. No doubt your strong mentally and physically probably more so than me. All my scars and wrinkles don't mean I'm old, just wiser and time tested.
