That would keep me entertained for hours. 😆
It's great stress/work day relief. Come home, sit out and watch all the antics...
Space is everything. Along with boredom. Try to think of ways to enrich their day. Have you brought in some stupid for them to dig through and peck at? That helps them to develop the proper normal bacteria for your yard as well.
What is this '"stupid" of which you speak?

I mentioned of two work repairs guys that came last week and helped me out . They promised to leave me some hardboard I thought they would forget as they are so busy and if they remembered I was only expecting really cheap thin boards. Then on opening my door this morning look at what I saw

Absolutely perfect for my coop 👌 👏

A couple of breakthroughs! Dottie came out of the coop down the ramp to the water feeder to the food feeder flew to my arm and crawled up my shoulder. None of them have sat on my shoulder yet, and only 3 come out to the top of the ramp. I put a little table there by the ramp they sometimes jump on. But get scared and run bak in. Anyway Dottie sat on my shoulder and played with my red hair tie. She pecked my ears a couple of times but I let her know that wasnt ok. I kept my eye closed because I wasnt sure if she would go for it. She didnt poop! She even let me pet her without screaming like she was dying lol.
Im so happy right now! :love :weeOH I will get you guys pictures tomorrow!
What wonderful news! 🥰

Oh my I am so sorry. My love for horses runs deep. It hard to watch them decline. My heart goes out to you and to her. At her age you are doing the best anyone could by keeping her as safe and comfortable as you can.
Thanks, she was born here ❤️ I helped birth her❤️

Putting the kids to bed (the chooks) , I heard a loud scared peeping. And found this little one desperately trying to get back home. I guess she just wanted a walk about, and got lost. She’s home safe now with her mama next door:

I was thinking of bringing in some more cool branches for them to hop up and down on. I love the soil idea. Ill try and convince my husband to dig me up some. No new injuries today so the space does seem to have helped for now.

List of items the church gave me for my birthday.
1. Meally worms for the chooks.
2. Bread “”. “”
3. Two chicken pillows from my friend
4. Made a cake that everyone enjoyed
5. Another chicken coffee mug
The A/C wasn’t working in the church. So after service, I replaced the batteries in the thermostat, and BINGO! Now it works.
Chicken coffe mug for Wednesday 😊
