I’m trying to contact my friends and family in Florida, and so far no answer yet. (Must be busy there with the hurricane) I pray for safety.

Update: my family is safe. I’m very relieved to hear that.

Théo's been in a terrible mood all day and he's giving hell to the younger chickens. All I hear is squeaks and honks.

Thank you Marie for sharing. I am watching this Hurricane very closely as it is coming to us after passing Florida.

It looks like it's going back to the Atlantic where it regains its power. However, it very likely will be downgraded to a tropical storm and probably land somewhere in South Carolina.

I am really not looking forward to huge rain dump and gusty wind. It's inevitable.

My hope is no one gets hurt or loses their animals and home

All this world has suffered this is the last thing people needs ❤ ♥

Peanut the Ameraucana is adorable and does not get to many photos taken of her because she is more on the elusive side but I was determined to get some photos of her today! She is small in stature but she is tough and takes no crap from the other flock members. Also fluffy cheeks are just cute.
