Anyway did cleaning out my closet and laundry and we went to the range and shot our guns because dad bought hubby ammo and range for his bday.Looking at getting a semi-auto rifle next or a .40 caliber. I love my guns.

I find that being calm and consistent is the key to getting them used to being handled.

I think I have decided to not make a friend with Mr P. He will just remain a herd stud not a pet. Although having said that he sure can run after me if he thinks I have treats for him hahaha!

Twiggy does not have to become the "pet" that Branch is, I do not expect him to. My goal after all of this is to not have to chase him during the daylight hours if I need to get my hands on him. Branch and Bubba will walk up to me if I call them and stand still to let me pick them up. I need that out of Twiggy as well. This is a necessity with all my chickens excluding Momma Hen. If a injury or accident happens I need to be able to catch them right away. Now if Twiggy decides he wants to be turned into a pet like his daddy that will be icing on the cake.

I loved my guns too, until I was forced to take a life in the line of duty. Killing another human being, isn’t something that you can easily forget! My service with the US Marshall service was tough, but I’m alive, and that murdering perpetrator isn’t!

Call me crazy, but I am in full support of this. Cigarette butts can cause harm to wildlife and more importantly, if still lit, can start fires. We have had many fires start on the edge of the road here in the mountains.

Speaking of cigarette butt, today Honey snatched the cigarette off of my husband's hand when he wasn't paying 100% attention...

Silly chicken... I don't think she got burned or hurt. She dropped it instantly. But seriously chicken!

I used to love the smell of fresh popcorn at Kmart

I don't think I remember the popcorn but there were Little Caesars and Western Union at some Kmarts across the state. I remember I always went to the book section and would sometimes purchase a coloring book but if the Kmart was still there as of right now, I would've gone to the book section and find a book that I can read or my mom can purchase a Sudoku book. And who can forget the Blue Light Specials and Layaways? And this may sound weird but I can also remember how the store smelled like. Not food but just how a regular store would smell like. There was also a rooster door stopper that was about $12 and my mom refused me to buy it. I even remembered there was an old couple that bought the same bed set as we have. My mom looked at curtains, we went to the toy section and there were these Basic Edition shirts my mom always bought that she loved and still has. I even bought one of those pink ribbon shirts from the pink shirts section - I think raises money for cancer - that I always went to. The garden center was always fun to go to. And if that Kmart was still there, I could have bought some baby clothes for my cousin's newborn that's due in 2 months and 10 days. Screw bankruptcy for screwing everything up. They even messed up Blockbuster even though I never went there.
