The liar turned up and put my parcel on my doormat, then for some reason left very quickly looking at his phone .

I will start my treatment tomorrow tonight I'm having a Bailey's cream and waiting for the news of a baby being born.

And I was goin to save you a whole plate of prime rib and lobster! Of course Bob knows that I have done some stupid stunts in Marie. She’s okay and I’m okay. (I don’t suggest doing barrels in a 172 , it does clog the fuel system at higher altitudes)

Years ago, I reinforced the superstructure and wing struts, for long distance flights. Enlarging the fuel tanks too. She can do a barrel (barely) but not advisable. But I do enjoy myself up there to some degree!

Would your other neighbours be annoyed if you got a Roo? Mr P is very quiet I am sure you could find one like that - would you be able to get one ?

It's against the law here. All I need is an issue with one neighbor and I would have to get rid of him. I don't want to risk it.
