Actually 2 as apparently she laid yesterday afternoon. I moved the cameras around late yesterday morning and their was no sign of any egg.

I was wondering after your earlier post if you had ever thought of boarding other people's horses. I mean when you are home after this job.
When I ‘retire’ I will likely take on track layups (resting racehorses) we have a huge thoroughbred and standardbred industry here with Woodbine racetrack about 50 min away.

Those are easy boarders, they stay for a couple months then go away hahaha.

But right now, no I don’t want to boards others horses. My own and the chickies are hard enough 🥰
 
Have you considered having someone house sit? Maybe a college student taking classes online?
Yes but someone needs to be horse aware to be here, my mum is here anyways in the house and she will not want anyone staying here.

She finally stopped grumbling about the chickens, I think it’s just that she doesn’t want to be alone here. But the chickens will actually be good for her as it will give her something to do.
