Quail people frequently talk in triple digits. They are very small

@RebeccaBoyd My chicken friend also has quails. She has about 10 I think. They are always caged though. Maybe this is because people say they cannot be tamed? My opinion is they are not as fun as chickens. (Quail legs taste better than chicken legs:oops:)

We have a real stray animal problem here.
The County won’t take in any cats. So people just dump them on anyone that might feed them. There’s seven of those kittens hanging out here.
 
She has figured out that if she comes up onto me or the table next to me I will feed her alone. No one else can reach that high. Now Lady Featherington also knows this trick and will do the same but no one else does.
Nyssa does that; gets up on the wall next to the bins for a personal feed. Not a cuddler though, and I don’t think she’s ever squatted for me.

Could you find a group doing TNR (Trap-Neuter-Release) to come and help out? Cats will breed all year round so neutering is important for population control.
