Lucky is five and a half. She was from the group with Ruby, Cashew, Buttercup, Roxy and Little Mill. As you know, Ruby and Cashew are already gone.

There just seem to be danger points in a chickens life. If we can get them past 18 months, 5-6 years, there is probably another, then they are with us for a long time. I'm sorry this is not looking good.

Yep! She’s had that limp for five years. It’s bothering her more lately, though. She really favors that foot.

Oh no! That looks painful! I had 4 so this sort of molt this year! Is this normal? If so I am just going to have to install a heater.

Might be normal for Peanut. I could be mistaken, but I think she did a ridiculous molt like this last year, but much earlier in the year. For sure Butters and Hazel did, the worst of it while the leaves were coming off. I’ll check. Butters looks to be going into a molt now too.

Which is why I am glad I have a well-site at this camp! I can cook my own meals…. If I can get what I order from the camp manager! Otherwise it’s a 5 hr trip to Grand Prairie!!! Just for groceries!

I’ve been having similar trouble but my iPad browser Chrome, PC chrome browser and Android phone Chrome browser work fine elsewhere on the web. So I wonder if it isn’t BYC, or BYC when using Chrome.
