It is ok, I know he has been off and on not well for a while and that has got to be frustrating. Especially the not being able to find out what exactly is wrong after several vet trips. If you need to vent, scream or curse at me it is perfectly fine. I hope he bounces back like last time.
I had a short conversation with Momma Hen a few minutes ago when I dumped out scraps. She very graciously agreed to offer up her suggestions and advise on how to hide eggs so that no human can ever tell you not to be a mom. She feels if you want chicks, you should have chicks. She also feels the need to lecture every single hen who has never went broody that they are seriously slacking in their duties to make sure the world never runs out of chickens.Maybe a collaboration with Hattie? Just don't let her get a forum on BeakBook - you will never get your Aurora back, it will be a full time job for her (and then some!)I think maybe the questions should come from other chickens. Along with a photo for posting. I'm still mulling how to do this.
In town, Jaffar is known by my military USMC friends as a warrant officer
this week, he’s supposed to be upgraded to chief warrant officer honorary US Marine .He is loved by so many people in town. He gets a medal

Ok, so Wednesdays are open. Starting next week Aurora will pick one or two questions and answer them each week. Be sure to get your questions in by Monday each week so she has time to choose. I will try to save them all and create a library of questions. If you're question isn't answered one week it could be answered in the future. I am asking that you include a headshot of the chicken asking the question so I can include it with the question.
We may have to adjust as time goes on but let's try it this way for now.
