It's all good - I keep checking my cameras to see how my chickies are making out - they don't seem to be missing me

I love tapioca, I read it helps with blood pressure to, so it's my one treat that actually is good for me

Do you mean tapioca pudding made with tapioca pearls and sweet (I have PTSD about that form)? Or Bubble tea? Or just using the meal for thickening soups and stews? I think you can use it to make gluten-free corn bread type things as well (I have less PTSD about that form).

These broadband people are going into my bank account and they took 62 plus pounds off me again this month in the full knowledge I've disconnected their Internet due to them continuingly breaking their own contract. I sought help but it's still happening.


It's not so bad out here today is it Tina. No, at least we got outside so much better than yesterday

Got home bout 830 last night and slept till noon. Picked up a cold from the damp weather but I am feeling better after a good night's rest. It's sunny and warm here and the chooks are out

I have both!

I'm not sure if the pudding pearls are sago. I absolutely love it...
I cook it in water and cinnamon until softened, then add a little honey and store it into the fridge. I use a little at a time for a pudding then add little jersey milk while warming it up.

I've yet too make the bubble tea

Very entertaining post! The side lighting on Parmesan in the first picture is very cool, it shows the texture of the comb and feathers really nicely.
