Dakota! She attacked me when I walked by the chickens room. I was carrying a cheeseburger 🍔 and I guess she wanted some. She flew straight onto the plate and I dropped it on the floor. She’s been eating all day long, so why is she jumping me now? Crazy bird!
Chickens are never full. That craw can stretch a little bit more for a hamburger.

Anyone have any clue what this is?

Apologies for the really short and really poor quality video. It is from the cameras that normally record the foxes getting their squirrel dinners.

Wrong ears for a deer and too small.
Legs look too long for a fox.
Coyote maybe?

WDYT?
Too small for a coyote (though to be fair hard to tell how tall), the ears and eyes make me suspicious of a cat, but rather large for a housecat, and it doesn't move like a bobcat or lynx.

Sure is a mystery ! As long as the chooks are safe though that is the main thing.

I think it is plenty tall enough to be a coyote - here is a fox that just ran past the same camera. He is a bit closer in so is a bit more foreshortened but even allowing for that the other critter is way bigger.

Chupacabra!
