I will! It’s one of my Moss Eggers for sure, I have three. They are supposed to lay this moss green color or dark brown and usually they have speckling. I went out today and powder is looking especially smug, it could well be her. I do not have a coop cam but I am sure wishing I did! They laid it in the far back corner of the coop nowhere near the nest boxes so its going to be a egg hunt for while. Bought ceramic eggs and nesting pads too, 🤷‍♀️

A beauty - an appaloosa pullet (I have an appaloosa pony!) :)

Love her feathered legs also - very snazzy!

Butter is determining if this "tv time" that Branch brags about is all it is cracked up to be. A bun snack instead of popcorn and Law and Order :SVU seems to be right down her alley. When she rejoins the flock she can tell Branch he was right and she approves.
Law and order on TV, is cruel and unusual punishment for a chicken! You are mean 😢

Is she molting ? is that her problem? I seem to be missing some conversations! Darn work gets in the way!

Awlll ty she does resemble an appaloosa! The other two are all mostly all white with feathered legs. They remind me of draft horses with the feathered feet and heavier stature.
Yep for sure! Henny Penny reminds me a duck when she walks with her feathered feet hahaha!

Going through a hard molt right now. Naked patches and a mass of pin feathers everywhere. After a week of warm temperatures it dropped yesterday and snowed. It is 29 right now. She can go back out Monday as it is supposed to be back up to almost 60.
