Porch project done

I moved the ladder over a bit so big ladies can more easily get by it on the closer side. I didn't hook the ladder behind the 2x2, it got too complicated for me to find the right hole distance and keep the ladder as snug against the surface as possible. It would have meant cutting a wedge in the plywood too. The welding corners keep the tube away a bit already. Anyway as Bob pointed out, for the weight this should be fine unless I'm going to roost on it! @bgmathteach the S-Biners are not in stock yet.

Ohmagosh! You are so bad tempting me to let my gals hatch eggs haha! They are adorable for sure!

Bedtime Drama at the Hen House

Not sure what happened with everyone getting into the hen house, but somehow Henny Penny and Rose ended up on the shelf I put in, Henny Penny decided that Rose must go - so off she went. Then Henny tried to kick Whiskers out of her nest box. She gave up, and hopped up on the top of the nestbox with Blanche - after she tried to pull her down by grabbing her cheek whiskers! Brat!

Penelope figured it was too much drama so she hopped up on top of the other nest box with Curly (who is smart enough to hug the was and stay away from all the craziness).

Meanwhile Rose was bopping around trying to figure out a place to roost.... At one point she jump up on top of poor Marty!

I will post some videos later by meanwhile here was the latest seating plan... as long as I count 13 they can do what they wish!
