London is an inexpensive cut of meat considering. No marbling or flavor to speak of. I prefer tri tip, or filet mignon. (As long as only I cooked it) I’m too picky going out to eat
Yep - try being in camp - glad for my well-site!

At my age that just shouts Shingles
Had shingles on my face - started in my front tooth of all places! extremely PAINFUL - then blisters all in my mouth and lip, crawling ants up the side of my face - ugh. To this day I still have Post Herpatic Neuralgia :) (fancy name for residual nerve damage).

Oh-me-nerfs what are you up to Rose! You finally picked a spot - why didn't you just pick that spot to begin with! I see Henny Penny is roosting beside poor Blanche...

Interesting. I don’t eat much beef, but filet mignon is my cut of choice. Once for Christmas I made two huge filet mignon roasts from our local butcher.

However, the meat eaters in my family prefer a prime rib roast or ribeye.
