Good morning! Our weather is hovering in the 20s right now. Supposed to hit 40 later, but at least it's not raining now. It rained buckets yesterday.

Just let the chickens out...better late than never. We're improving the pop door/ramp this weekend.
I just love your rooster. I just turned on the AC lol. Getting warm in here! Going to be in the 80's today

Good morning Girls! Not to worry, summer is on the way.

Ok @Chicken poppy here goes!

Likely the first time in a long time that he could see properly! When I get home I am going to see if I can find something to hold it up more permanently. Maybe something that will stick to the feathers better... Ideas anyone?
Absolutely GORGEOUS! Love it. :love I used a barrette for my Silkie’s head/a very small rubber band so when you stretch it out it stays in place.

Okay, so i think we got a runt. I hope she ends up surviving because she’s significantly less curious and just hides under mom. I would understand her being smaller if she was still wet from her hatch but she‘s old enough to be curious and running about like the others. Her feathers are completely fluffy so she’s just naturally tiny.
Let’s hope for the best. (I’m saying “she” because i really don’t want anymore boys!)
