This is a nice picture of Sophia - should submit this to POW, also!

Looks like she was just finishing her molt when I took that photo... seems my kiddos were constantly molting last year.

Anyone else get that feeling?

Love how they are just flaked out in the sun haha - I will never forget the first time my wee ones did that - I thought they were dying! hahahaha! I called my niece who already had chickens and asked her 'my chicks just went and threw themselves down on the ground and flung out their wings!! What the heck is going on?? do you think I should take them to the Vet?' Of course she just laughed at me and told me ' Aunt Kelly they are sunning themselves - you worry too much get a grip'.....
What did I know then? Horses ya - chickens?? no!

Cleaned the baby chickens pen. Added fresh food and water and talked to them. The lil roo is still screaming. He's so cute. Gave them some BSF and cracked corn, their first treats.

They sure do grow up fast don't they?!

Hahaha - I didn't even realize until now that I wasn't seeing any Ads! I am so tuned out from them but now that I think of it, on my cell phone when I scan the site at my midnight RLS time, I didn't see any

I am not very observant I guess!

Its nice my hubby came home and fed treats to my chooks. I just woke up. Been feeling good today so I cleaned the chicks pen and gave them fresh food and water. Yes I repeated myself. Im so forgetful.

Wonder how that happened? It's awesome! Love it! I was surfing the site last night and took note of no Ads, and how fast I could scan through everything

And of course then I got to looking at all the photos in POW.... was up for over an hr.... fell asleep finally and slept through the alarm, and was awakened by my neighbour starting his Jeep!!!! hahaha! Who knew surfing BYC would get me in so much trouble - love it!
