Miserable Day
Well the temperature is going down - it was supposed to get to 16C today - it never got above 5C; now it's 1C - brrrrr!

The chickens took one look outside and then looked at me as if to say - you're crazy Hooman!

Baby Tax - soon!

Meanwhile here are Rose and Dorothy as chicklets, with their 2 brothers.

From the batch Abeille and he are from (fyi his name is Apollo and his sister is Lumina) I had 25 hatch, 2 died, so 23 are left. That was from 29 eggs

(I know your bunnies were for Easter but not everyone celebrates Easter or knows it was for Easter that is why I posted the Cadbury Bunny . How is your bunny doing?

ah, 1c is WARM! 5c is rather nice as well but ya live in CANADA! You can't expect a snow free summer any day! Ya gotta like the cold! (I am honestly getting sick of cold, though... I can't wait for the snow to melt to plant my little seedlings...)

Yes I was going to ask but didn't want to look like I don't know anything (which I don't hahahaha - sheeeesh don't tell anyone!). They look slate, and yellow - there you go RC your Snake Legs!

Hmmm.. My cats catch mice all the time, mostly eat them but sometimes I sneak a few and give them to the chickens. If I don't cut their stomachs open so the *blergh* guts come out they turn their beaks up at them

The light colored chickens with the light colored horse and the dark ones with the dark horse. Birds of a feather seems to extend beyond feathers.

In any forum where you cannot see another person's face miscommunication can happen. It is clear that there has been some miscommunication here. I am certain that no one finds your presence disgusting.

I would be very disappointed if you felt unwelcome here. However this thread is not for everyone. There is a lot to keep up on and people have tried the thread out and moved on.
 
Yes, we do try to keep the conversation to chickens but frankly there is a lot of non chicken talk here. No one should be upset if you show bunny pictures. We do ask that if possible you hold them until Pony Sunday which started out as a day for horse pictures but is now a totally random animal day.

You did a clever thing and used 2fer Tuesday as a reason to share the bunny photos. In fact I found the rabbits to be cute. That surely should not be enough for anyone to be angry with you.

Personally I liked the 2fer bunnies and they came with a chicken tax of a chicken with very interesting feet!
