Well Sophia steals eggs and sits in the box for hours after she lays her egg, she even pecks me and growls at me, but she has never gone broody!

Yay!

wow she is very determined!

Oh you’re doomed, doomed I say! But… it’s a great thing for her to raise chicks if she is boss mare her chicks will be high placed

Poor Jaffar is out in the yard desperately seeking some gravitas to overcome his (scarf shame).

He’s inside the house with me now. I found him hanging out in the coop all alone. (So he may as well be alone with me instead) and I have treats!

I brought the horses in, an hr early today due to the heavy rain.

The chooks made a dash for the back door !

But I was able to get all the horses in without any escapees.

I pushed them out the front, it’s safe to say they won’t be dust bathing anytime soon, and Mr P just wanted back in.
