They are one of the coolest features of the Palace. I love them.
Thank you. Yes they have been a big success. Very popular hangouts for the Princesses. They spend time in them even when they are able to go outside. I think the low roof makes them feel safe but they still get all the lovely wet dirt and bugs.
 
He looks like some kind of black breasted red with the diluted black (making him blue). Yellow legs, large straight comb...

I know almost nothing about breeds, but Foggy, our rooster who's rehomed a year ago, is supposed to be Rhode Island Blue. I feel like this TSC boy looks very different from Foggy, coloring or body shape.
