My Magnolia tree suffered badly from the frost and only has a few flowers.
I was so happy for Bob that his was magnificent, but a bit sad for me.
My ornamental cherry must have seen I was sad and decided to cheer me up.

I'm so sorry about your magnolia. It's amazing what difference a couple hundred miles can make.

We opened the pool Saturday. It is officially spring here.

Today I found Parmesan acting a little weird. More like her leg was acting weird.

She was hopping on one foot and then she suddenly had pain in both of her legs and from there, she refuses to stand up. I would leave her alone for 30 minutes to an hour, then a few hours and after that she still stays in the same spot.

She really wants to go outside but we were busy today so we couldn't. Stop crying. There's always tomorrow.

Oh poor thing! Do you know what's wrong with her?

I can upload to YouTube, and surf the net fine on my iPhone, but other than checking out entries on BYC I cannot load any comments of photos.

But on my laptop and android I can do everything; and my internet (DRATS!) is actually pretty darn good today.

So it must be something on my iPhone causing issues.

A lovely day for all.

I'm so sorry you are having technology problems. Maybe a set of stripes to cheer you up.

There's no better medicine then that!
No idea. My mom said it all started yesterday evening. There's no blood. It doesn't look swollen. No cuts or bruises. I don't know what happened... Infection? Better ask TudyBOT.
Yes I think you should. I had a chicken who all the sudden collapsed one day and then she acted normal for a few weeks later and all the sudden she fell sick and died.:hit

Momma hen pushed me to my breaking point today and she has found herself in chicken jail. She is broody and ready to sit as of today. The problem, she wants to take over Gryffyns nest and eggs. No no no no you evil old bat, Gryffyn is doing too good of a job. First I moved her and 2 eggs to the coop and showed her a place she could sit and locked it up. Not good enough, she threw a fit all day long. I had to open up the coop at dark so everyone could go in to roost. What does she do, runs right by me and straight for Gryffyn. By the time I get to them I catch her with a beak full of her neck feather's with her trying to haul her off her eggs. I grab Momma who protested, and go get the dog kennel. I put the kennel near the hay pile so it is covered. Stuff hay in it, cover it over all the while holding a angry hen. Shove in Momma and grab 2 orp eggs I had yet to collect. I Place the egg inside with her in the nest I had made for her. If she wants to sit, she can sit there. If not, you can stay in jail until you are broke from being broody you ole bat.
