That is unbelievable. I can't even begin to understand why he is already crowing. Crazy. So darn cute as well.

I know hilarious isn’t it! I am quite saddened that he is a boy but I know when I started down this path I would have to deal with boys

Oh those poor girls, my heart hurts for them. Luckily for them the horrors is all in their past and they can now enjoy the good life. I hope they are healthy enough and still have time to thrive. In a few short months they will not look like the same hens. About a month and a half ago I saw a facebook post of some factory hens that were needing rescue. Several hundred. I was interested so looked up requirements. I could not have taken any, I sell my eggs.

Did all the eggs come from your flock? The white ones are throwing me for a loop.

Yes I was thrilled to see the white chicks - maybe from Buttercup who is a splash, she was white when hatched. This is what is fun with mutts, never know what you get!
