I have a bunch also they are all over And go in my yard at night thankfully the dogs chase them away.
Iโ€™m not sure what is worse, having all those cats around or those tiny little ants that come out of nowhere fast. The ants will find food and water anywhere they can get it. I even found some in my microwave oven! (Stray cats donโ€™t fit in microwave ovens easily) :old ๐Ÿœ๐Ÿœ๐Ÿœ๐Ÿœ๐Ÿœ๐Ÿœ๐Ÿœ๐Ÿœ๐Ÿœ๐Ÿœ๐Ÿœ๐Ÿœ๐Ÿœ๐Ÿœ๐Ÿœ๐Ÿœ๐Ÿœ๐Ÿœ๐Ÿœ๐Ÿœ

I got my neck ablation, I did not like it and am starting to hurt. no heat for 4 weeks. No baths or showers for 3 days. They did 4 punctures to numb me up then burned the nerve for a minute. I know Im not gonna feel well for a couple of days so I fed and watered all the chooks before I left. The silky roo was in there screaming for 5 minutes lol until I turned off the light. He is so cute with that squeaky crow.
I hope you feel better soon. :hugs

I'd leave it on for now. They're still snuggling up to it even if on top rather than under it. Dunno what kind to temp gage it has. You could lower the temp on it, and likely mostly off during the day (unless chilly/windy)
It is about to turn chilly again. I would leave it on and let them choose. There is no downside to leaving it there and a big downside if they need it and it is not there.

Just realized I donโ€™t think I ever posted that his surgery went well. But it was a pretty major repair, and he is very uncomfortable. I have a feeling it will be several weeks before he isnโ€™t in almost constant pain, even with medication and icing it.
