Me too! The chick keeps throwing up and is having a hard time breathing and is shaking.

While out gathering eggs Gryffyn was following me with her 2 chicks. I have already had a private cursing fit, Sprite the blue chick is undeniably a boy. That bright pink comb at 3 1/2 weeks old and early wattles tell no lies. Sigh, any and all hopes of me keeping a chick from the current groups now fall squarely on Mazzie's shoulders. Times like these I can look at my hens an inform them I do not like them. I cannot blame the surplus of males on my roosters.
