And have high hopes that Sophia would go broody, but so far nope. She sits in her nest box for hrs laying an egg, growls if anyone comes close. Just as well I suppose, have enough issues with Fluffy and Curly!
The deer here rarely are seen, but then lots of bush and forest cover, you are so lucky!
