I've been woken up by some selfish noisy brat banging his car doors, at stupid o'clock in the morning. Then finally speeding off.

I hope someone punctures his tires, he darn well deserves it.

I have seen one. In front of my house. And then he ditched some girl and drove off. And was loud about it. Total jerk.

I’m not happy about the way the other chickens are treating Dakota. She was having meally worms from me, and Flash came up and bit her on the back. Pulling out feathers, and Dakota ran away screaming. I took her inside away from the others. She was startled but has calmed down now. This has been going on since Arizona died. Dakota has no one to hang out with anymore. Makes me sad.

Of mine are like that, they don’t hang out with others, and I am ok with that. Like people some chickens are loners. Same with horses…

Oh, also: how do you all know who is where is the pecking order? I want to know.

Well it can be subtle or quite obvious. In my pack Penelope is top boss, she is quiet about it, doesn’t go after others.

Then it’s all mixed u after that, for instance, Fluffy chases most of the other girls off except for Dorothy and Rose, who go out of their way to harass Fluffy - but Buttercup puts the run on Dorothy and Rose, meanwhile Fluffy puts the run on Buttercup. It’s very circular here.

Checked on the barn cams everyone seems fine. I had to remove the cam from the Tweens pen, they kept knocking it over so I put it outside the door.

Ot to worry, it’s not light at all in there, that’s the infrared light. It’s actually quite dark in there.

I saw a tiny bit of red blood in Tina's poop this morning and was worried.

Then later I found this huge egg with a very soft shell

This guy tgis morning must have kept banging his doors because I couldn't work out why I was awake, then kept hearing car doors slamming and head lights blaring.

He was so lucky I wasn't dressed or I'd of gone out and gave him a good old ear bashing.
