Ok that’s threeThe Tweens are in the Hen House, I plopped them in a nestbox and told them to stay!
I put a camera there so I can keep an eye on them, I see two, hope all three are there!

No I don't think it's related to molting.The pinky fleshy stuff is normal intestinal shedding - apparently chickens do that.
Do you think she is getting ready to molt? A few of mine look really poorly, stop eating and get liquid poops.
