Jeff and I began replacing the walkway on our dock. It was (is) more work than we anticipated especially given that the heat was brutal the past weekend. I truly felt my age though when it came time to replace the planks. The new section looks good and is very sturdy but it wasn't the 2 day job I planned for.View attachment 3541536

Thank you. It's been a while. It was nice to write another.

It was quite funny. However, Aurora may have not noticed, but now I know more of the deceptive tricks of chickens. They make sure I am distracted on my laptop and then get into mischief.

I love her colouring - it's really wild looking - like a leopard!

It was because of it that she was dubbed Cuckoo. She's actually very food (autocorrect tried to make that voodoo) motivated, calm, friendly but don't touch except on her terms, and pretty loyal to Cheetah.
