And, she was fully alert and pretty bright-eyed, much improved over this afternoon. Almost went after a huge fly buzzing around, but decided against moving. Ate a lot of egg and especially sunflower seeds. So I think she's more comfortable, at least for the time being.
It would seem so. That's wonderful news.

It looks so, slower and deeper. I'm afraid her belly feels bigger than yesterday now. The fluid from Peanut was a semi-clear yellow, indicating cancer / tumor, if it was murkier with stuff floating around it would have indicated EYP and infection. Something like that.

She actually walked back to the lilac bush this evening from the winter run. I was thinking she might have developed a paralysis because of how unstable and reluctant to move she's been. But she looked almost normal just now. The meds and food are helping.
Have you weighed her? A before and after weight would have been interesting.

I see all over facebook that people set up egg stands and rely on the honor system. It is a great idea. One I would be tempted to try if not for thieves. If my neighbors daughters broken bike gets stolen out of her yard in broad daylight I do not trust setting up a egg stand. I will give them away first. I have been tempted at times to stick up a "fresh eggs for sale" sign though on the stop sign. Our road gets so much traffic it could potentially be a good idea.
If I had a way to keep eggs cold I would do a stand and honour pay system, but it would be hard to keep eggs cold, or from freezing in the winter.

My road get a lot of commuter traffic morning and evening so lots of potential customers.

May have to just start feeding eggs to the chickens ! Scrambled, fried, omelette….. poached!

Our pups get scrambled eggs on a regular basis to supplement the dry dog food.
