Yes Shan’s markings are lovely - would you classify them as Crele? Like on a Bielefelder?
No. No white. Just black and gold. Oddly, gold penciled is usually gold and black barred (like barred rocks only gold instead of silver). Silver penciled is the chevrons, and partridge is gold (red) chevrons. Dunno why that seems to be, but sometimes thing simply don't make sense. Based upon that, Shan is gold penciled (like Cheetah without the roo feathers).

Thanks @ManueB
I am not in great shape to talk about it - he was my most extrovert cat - always with his nose in everything - quite annoying, but now I miss him terribly, and I keep crying.
He was a bit subdued on Saturday night and on Sunday morning he was clearly unwell. Sunday afternoon I took him to the emergency vet and she diagnosed end stage renal failure. He must have been feeling like absolute crap.
He had a fluffy white tummy like whipped cream - he never lost his kitten fur so it was unbelievably soft and he was a bundle of trouble. He chewed books and papers - nothing was safe from him.
What a beautiful boy. That belly fur looks soft and thick as buttercream! Sounds like your time with him was pretty special. Even if you had the occasional true story of the cat eating your homework! :hugs :hugs

Honestly it was a nightmare. He leaves a trail of destruction to remember him by.

No treats for them, the escapees must learn their lesson. I can't say treats around my chickens because it starts a war and a stampede, I have to say T R E A T S around those lil dinos lol
I had a horse once that would listen to the ring steward at show calling the different gates (speed they travel), one day I was on her and we were doing a canter (like a slow gallop) when the steward called “Walk, all walk”

My mare slammed on the brakes and started walking and I almost came off from the momentum!

My chooks know “go home”, “get up on Mount Poopmore” and “go to bed” 😁

For treats it’s the red bowl, they see that and they all come running.

Mugs Monday

Wait a minute, you're not a chicken... angry kitten bambusale!

Possums are hilarious- we have them here, they are an introduced species and we are still wondering how they are affecting the local wildlife.

I am worried about them and coons getting into the barn, speaking of which I haven’t seen that racoon that climbed the barn door into the barn several weeks ago. But I make sure things are locked up tight here.
