If you mean where the opossum could get in- our chicken wire is connected to wood buried under ground. No way for it to get in under.
We have a tree from above. I'll need to check and see if it could get in from the top wire.
Not really against a building. We have a guinea pen, with chicken wire.

Something may have bitten through the chicken wire. All sorts of critters can chew through chicken wire.

The connection points. Any place wire and wood come together. Any place the wire overlaps. Check the guinea pens too.
 
I think that it will just go through the door. My family would KILL me if I asked if we could go out there. Don't have cameras in my coop yet. D@mn. Would have been useful 😡

You don’t need a camera for this, in the daylight tomorrow look for any holes along the roof where it can get in.

Put yourself in the possums place and see how it would get in.
