Pomegranate tree.

My Nana actually made a huge mistake last week. We have a pomegranate tree. The chooks like that area. My Nana walks over to pick pomegranates. The entire time, she was being mobbed by seven little hens. She then succumbed to the pressure and gave them a pomegranate.

Hmm is pomegranate bad for them? Here pomegranate is rare. They are sold for very high prices at Costco-- if Costco even has them.

So it finally happened.
I did not witness what led her to fly up there, but there is no doubt that she is irritating everyone with her eratic behavior running around in circles with an unending bok-bok-bok.

They do seem to be ganging up on her a bit so I suspect she went up to get away from the crowd.

I love designing stuff and I love re-purposing old stuff. The Chicken Palace gave me ample opportunity for both. I would have loved doing that even without the chickens providing helpful feedback along the way!

I think it's fine for them. They've eaten plenty of it. Pomegranate grows well over here so there's plenty of pomegranate trees in the area.
