Some more pics! My younger ones are all like 11-12 weeks? I've had them 10 weeks. The new ones definitely act like older pullets, they are already taking charge of the flock.

Pretty sure she has Polish, she has 5 toes too so polish silkie mix?

And this one also has 5 toes. She looks like a less whispy Silkie. Both new girls are bok-bokking with no peeps.
And here's the original four.

Liara is the oldest.

Shep didn't even want to be petted by the kid this morning, she's so confused.

Here she was this morning asking if I had brought any snacks.

And Thane, who the new girls have pretty much left alone. Hubby says it's because he's a boy and therefore not competition in the pecking order. 🤷
What beauties 😊 the dark one has lovely feather colour! And the white one as @RebeccaBoyd said looks like my Henny Penny 😊💕❤️

You have a beautiful flock happening!

Thanks for the reassurance! I'm still not sure how to break it to hubby, I feel like I lied to him even though it was an honest mistake! But I can absolutely take care of six chickens!

Thane/Kasumi (we'll go back to the original name if there's eggs!)
"Hen, rooster, I'm still your little cuddle bird!"

She is very suspicious and I'll have to keep trying to get a side view. So happy to have a bird with lacing on her feathers!

And of course kiddo loves "fluffy white chicken and black and brown chicken" very much!
The new girls are beauties. The black laced is definitely a mix of silkie and something else. The white could be a satin silkie or a mix (personally, I'm leaning toward satin silkie). That pic of Kasumi confirms: pretty pullet.
