My neighbor just had two chickens killed in her run. Decapitated, but the head was left next to the body. She didn't see any blood left.

I'm thinking raccoon...?

Oh, I wish I could talk them into doing something that would actually work...!

I have given up making any recommendations or suggestions. I get a response like, "Yeah, that sounds like a really good idea!" But I have yet to see any changes made.

We have lots of raccoons. I've just read that Fischers have been seen in the Lower Penninsula, but not around my area. Yet.
