I lived outside of Pittsburgh. The snow off Lake Erie was felt all the way to us. We got 25 ft of snow in '93. I was 13 at the time and made the decision to go south at some point.
I was much younger and I remember not seeing out of our windows or being able to open the door because our house was completely snowed in

I am now thinking of all these happy children going "Snow! Let's play outside!", the parents being happy the children are leaving them alone, and then the groans of anguish as the children come back in while tracking muddy and snowy footprints into the house.
