It would have been a god send had I has access too health information when my girls were all here

Talking if girls, I'm sure princess has put weight on, my goodness she is heavy.

The lab does PCR testing for animals. So it can test for things like Marek's, mycoplasma, and avian influenza. They have a long list of the tests they can do by species.

I can't remember but they probably also do gender testing.

The lab I use has a global client base - they will accept samples from anywhere in the world. If it is a DNA virus they are testing for then the sample is stable for quite a long time so the shipping tie is not an issue. That is not true for RNA viruses where they need the sample within 24 hours.
Shipping costs of course are a whole other question - even within the US that can be quite pricey if you are in a hurry.

I had never heard of such a thing either but I looked up the one you mentioned - Swagbucks - it seems sort of legit but with a lot of downsides. Taking surveys is apparently the most lucrative thing to do but often you take the survey and then are told you don't qualify for the fee. They also have many things that require you to spend money to get money back.
I would just be very, very, very careful. Don't do anything that requires you to put in a credit card or transfer money.
Also, I don't think they pay you to watch a video you were going to watch anyway - I think they are paying to get hits on particular videos (I am not 100% certain of that). So you may have to watch a lot of stuff you don't want to watch so it could be a monumental waste of your precious time.

That's a shame. It was only to help me fund my precious pets

My dog is waiting for his onesie pj's and a hoodie. I hope it's not to long a wait. They say it's between 5 too 10 working days. He needs them now and I only ordered them yesterday. The site took hours too get my order in so yesterday is a lost day

Yes. Don't remind me of that stress. It did get there in the end and I got a refund and compensation but those were a bad few days.

I just called the chickens rescue they didn't book me for the two chickens I wanted for princess. But it was just as well because I searched for the 20th time for a vet that deals with chickens veterinary care.

There is a map of suggestions on clinics that deals with poultry and there was one that was miles away which could have been possibility, but again they no longer have a chicken vet there because he has now retired and they haven't bothered theirs selves to search for another to replace him

I made a suggestion that this rescue put adds out to retired vets to see if they would help the odd battery chicken at designated times...The person I spoke too said she would put my suggestion over to her manager. ( I couldn't work out if she was not interested or hopeful in doing this)

She did say she would contact me if any vets becomes available in my area or within a reasonable amount of miles. But again I felt she either wouldn't or couldn't help

So if you can understand, we in this area have absolutely no help at all for our chickens and not much more help for our cats and dogs.

My friend has to drive for a long way to reach a decent vet for her dog he moved from 5 miles away to almost 15 and with traffic that's a long way to get to.

As for my dog he cannot travel at all. It's really is absolutely amazing how I've managed too keep him for so long.
This town's vets are super expensive and can add on anything from £100 to £500 or more on people's bills. One lady told me she had an extra £800 to pay for

One mentally ill young man here was devastated too have been billed over £800 and he was told it was £350 at the beginning.

There needs to be checks on these charges and IMHO, they should be threatened for animals neglect cruelty and extortion of vulnerable people and their family pets
