Ladies what do you think? Roo or pullet? I don’t see Roo in any of those BR - do you ?

Those are really old pictures. He has curly tail feathers, he jumped on one of his sisters and tried to mate with her, he makes rooster noises, and he is twice the size of Eli. He’s almost the size of Pastel. If he’s not a rooster then I am terrified of him. I’d get rid of him if he was a hen I don’t need I giant hen strutting around!!

And the unpredictable weather is a big factor

The people I’m staying with live right next to a small airport. It’s dark here right now, and seeing the lights from the planes landing and taking off is super cool. That’s one thing I miss about living in my hometown.

I’m not in a position to do a cross country flight. Not yet anyways

My friends dad is a pilot (and an Air Traffic Controller like my dad) and so he might take me and my friend in a Cessna to a small island in Georgia (about 30 minutes from my farm)

I don’t want him gone either. She’s a beautiful hen. (You can pretend he’s a hen)

I have left it to others who are far more knowledgeable than I am, I look at them and pray they are pullets!

The people I’m staying with live right next to a small airport. It’s dark here right now, and seeing the lights from the planes landing and taking off is super cool. That’s one thing I miss about living in my hometown.

I was on a project up in Cold Lake Alberta once - there is an airforce base there, they would have the fancy dancy military fighter jets flying around landing and taking off all the time, my boss came in one morning all excited because he could see them taking off at night with their engines all fired up. I wanted to go and check it out but no one would go out on the Right of Way (where the pipeline runs) with me, they wanted to go back to their hotels for dinner they had seen it many times they said. I didn’t feel comfortable enough driving on the R of W at night by myself - not good driving into the ditch in your truck!!!!

We live near a really big naval base, and their fighter jets fly around all the time. The ones we really see are A10’s. They are these big jets. One day my mom was driving down the dirt road with me, and one banked right down on us and lined us up in their shooting range. They didn’t shoot us, but it was terrifying. It shook are car and it was so low to the ground that I could see the nuts and bolts. And they’ve banked over us multiple times after that. They’ve also flown over our house a ton.
