I would do it this way:
1 BR
1 RIR
1 Cuckoo Maran
1 ‘surprise’ (for interest)
1 Cochin (because we need furry legs)
1 EE

A lovely mix for interest or swap out the BR for another EE for a total of two of those

I don't think he cares about the egg shell color. He's had EE in the past, and is (I think) looking at personalities. So the Cuckoo marans is of less interest....unless the babies charm him at the shop (always a possibility). Same with a surprise. Alex will get babies that charm him....and likely surprise us. EE’s are the primary possibility, but I (for one) am figuring that he will surprise us all. EE’s and Polish and maybe buff orpingtons

I have been awaiting this day. I know some photos are the same as a few days ago but we can sometimes forget because we are constantly posting on this thread. So, here are photos of Grandma and Chubby having a good time, but one thing's for sure, they are scared of each other.

My chooks are deathly afraid of peanut butter!
We go on a Ritz Cracker feeding frenzy sometimes, add peanut butter and all bets are off. They run away.
