Color balance on the smaller one is better, but wattles on the bigger are better (as one crafter to another). Both work well. If you were making a set for someone, the different sizes are very useful. Also, bantams vs smaller large fowl vs LARGE fowl (LF cochin, Brahma, Giants, for example), being able to tailor sizing to match someone's own birds is a great marketable skill.
