As you saw in the picture, I put them in the tub with water and food. The wound looked decent today. I decided to leave it unwrapped as she got it completely soaked splashing in the water bin in the tub. After sanitizing it, I put some more triple antibiotic ointment on it - but I'm sure that will wear off with her moving her wing - which I am sure is still sore as she holds it a bit out from her side.

She drank but I didn't see her eat at all. When I let everyone out this afternoon to free range, I put them both out, too. Her friend enjoyed swimming in my spring 'stream'/pond, but she just hung out under a shrub near the run (but outside of it). She might be afraid to be 'exposed', but still, other than a very small nibble yesterday (and she ate a few BOSS sprouts - maybe 3 today), she hasn't eaten in 2 days and hasn't drunk enough.
Poor wee lass, can you tubefeed her some wet mash? And some sugar water (I is honey as it’s a better energy food than straight sugar) - might be time for more drastic measures.

okay - I hate to say this when you are having such a rough day/week....
but
@RebeccaBoyd

It.is.all.your.fault!!!!

Look what I found today hidden away in the barn (note, the barn is dilapidated, but I use it to store bags of shavings (on pallets off the floor, as the roof leaks in spots) and feed in metal bins:

Yup. Broody little bugger!!! This is too early for you to go broody!!!! You usually wait until June, when it is nice out - I am not prepared to protect a momma and brood yet.....:barnie:barnie:barnie

(I'm secretly happy - but also nervous because I'm not yet set up for her - and I would hate for anything to happen to her - the rats are in force, and the barn is not predator proof - I have found an opossum and a raccoon in there at different time - plus a skunk - as there are gapes, holes, rotten siding at the bottom.
Hey is this young lady still sitting? Or did I miss something? Was wondering if there was an update.

Ok I really need to try to get some sleep, since time change I have been having a rough go of it at night - my back and legs are just miserable.
