I have decided to start my own business (again) lots of people looking for work, and lots of seasonal customers needing lawn maintenance. Easy money for me. I lease a truck and trailer. Buy the equipment. Hire competent people and roll with the weeds!
Estimated start up costs $22,000. Estimates for profit 72%
I’ll look into leasing the equipment and truck next week. Buying the mowers and trimming tools too.

Hope you have pressure tested that business plan - I am skeptical it is anything like that good.

If it doesn’t work, it’s considered a loss and I still win. My property taxes are sky high. I could use a tax break.! I’m even taxed beyond my means on this site!
