Beautiful ladies!
Thanks. They are all Sir Jaffar’s ladies in waiting.
I am not sure what they are waiting for?🤔

Rest in Peace Jack
7-12-2015-4-2-2024.

His back was broke and the spinal cord severed. Surgery was given as a option, but due to the location of the injury he would never have control of his bladder or bowels again. Vet thinks it happened sometime yesterday instead of this morning as his bladder was huge. Mom considered the surgery but dad made the call to euthanize. He said having to be catharized to pee every time for the rest of his life was no way to live.
:hit:hit:hit

Oh my gosh oh Rebecca I am so sad - I was so hoping he would be ok.

Your dad was right, it is not a good way to live. He will be with your Gran now, I am sure of this.

I know that my health is off topic for a chicken forum, but my health is also on point with helpful hints from my friends here. Tax to follow. Cabbage juice for ulcers🤔
Garlic pills for my heart and high blood pressure 🤔
Boiling red onion and drinking the juice, is supposed to help with asthma symptoms.🤔
Am I missing something? I’m only a human being, not a soup and salad bar! :idunno :p
Sounds delicious to me!

Today's haul.

I thought everyone was laying. Either someone laid the world's largest fairy egg, or one of the pullets held out until now for her first egg.

Pippa's is the large olive egg, Maizie has the one to the right. Shan and Chia have the 2 small roundish brown eggs on opposite sides of the circle. The 2 white matching the shape (top and bottom) are from Lark and Indigo. The hamburg shape/size is rather distinctI've. The longish dirty one is Mera's I think. The other white and the other browns: not quite sure. Not Belladonna, Primula, Twirp, or Cuckoo.
