And since I was at it, I checked the OE as well. Mina is the only one with nonexistent wattles! The others either have them, or have cute little placeholder wattles but that have in fact grown.

I know this is all about whether you have cockerels there, but oh my they are cute!

Well, Marans roosters are handsome lads. OE, never raised them so that trick may not be reliable for them. Then again, anything with wattles before 6 weeks of age I question.
