I thought one who would remember Jaffar would be a good thing.
Sorry if I misunderstood.

A small elephant you said??I swear my broody ladies are nipping out to the grocery store at night to buy eggs.
It doesn’t seem to matter how often I gather up eggs, they always have more eggs under them when I next come out.
Here is Tassels who I grabbed off the nest and carried out into the yard to force her to eat and drink.
I was happy to see she drank a lot of wild water and then went in to eat pellets.
And what is with that stinky broody poo? Geez, don’t be down wind! And the volume. I cannot get over how big a pile Tassels can produce!

Ah, okay. I always used woah as a slow down. My instructors horses didn’t know voice commands very well. Auggie knows them very well.Commands generally are:
Walk on (or in my case walkies)
Trot ( said with a roll of the R)
Canter (with a ca-aa-anter)
Easy (for slowing down as eeeeaasy)
Whoa means STOP
My nags know whoa well - and stop fast!
Morning mugs on Monday
Butters and Jaffarra

I am rethinking ‘small’.A small elephant you said??![]()
Did you do your homework for today??Ah, okay. I always used woah as a slow down. My instructors horses didn’t know voice commands very well. Auggie knows them very well.I told him to woah, not knowing it meant stop and he turned in towards me immediately.
His old owner (my friends mom,) Sarah, told me what his voice commands are.
Walk on
Trooooot
Ca-aa-anter
Come in (on a lunge line it’s the same as his woah.)
Woah (same as come in)
And easy
I’m hoping I get to ride him tomorrow. I’ve only actually had him for one day and I miss him, although it’s only been a day since I saw him
And to think that I’m going to be in D.C. for a week… leaving on the 30th I think.
I’ve still not read all the pages… I need to do that tonight. I’ll be on later I think.
Mid sized thenI am rethinking ‘small’.
Oh I am so sad to also hear this, wee Blanche, 4yrs, 7 months is a good age for an ex bat I would say. A teatime today to your good care.
Alex, I'm sorry that you lost her so soon after loosing Jaffar. It does feel like she had decided her time has come, and I hope the annoying little peeps do bring you some joy throughout this sad time.
I am also sad to say that like I thought she would, my little crazy ex-batt Blanche passed away on Saturday. She was only four and seven months old and she had been fighting for long time to stay alive, but her end was relatively peaceful.

Gosh she is adorable - Foxie is cute. So, I'm looking for names for the chick with poofy cheeks. Her picture is attached below. I can't decide on anything. Here are some that I've been thinking of:
Cupcake
Ida
Foxie
Hester
Cosmos
I'm open to suggestions. For some reason she's been the hardest to name. I called the two Midnight Majesty's Molly and Mira, and I'm considering 'Spitfire' for the Buff Brahma.
I am so sorry Alex.Sadly, The Beautiful Hen-Rietta has passed on. Hopefully her soul will find peace and even find Sir Jaffar along her journey.
Welcome to Fluffy Butt Acres - we haven’t seen you here before. Do you have many chooks? We love seeing other peoples chickies please feel free to jump in and show off your chickens to usMaybe floof?
