He is just hormonal, he has actually been really good for a youngster.

Henny is her own worst enemy, she needs to give him a good thumping, but for some reason she won’t.

Anyways she hung out with me in the stalls then I put her back in with Curly in the Summer House when I went to being the horses back in.
Send him to me! I need a good rooster for at least two months

OK. That’s it. Tassels is back in lock-up.
She sat for 22 days. 23 if you count the first day.
She has lost just over 12% of her body weight and the last two days she wouldn’t stay out long enough to eat when I hauled her out.
Once Piglet stopped being broody Tassels stopped getting off the nest on her own.
I am sorry Tassels but I think it is for your own good.
She already ate more in her crate in the last ten minutes than she has in days.

She would be a good one if/when you get chicks. Wait until she's been broody a while, then tuck babies under her to raise. Whichever year you do that.

Because I have been thinking of Sir Jaffar lately, I have been showing much more attention to my rascal Latte, and the Wyandottee. By all accounts, they are roosters. They sure are lovely guys though. I’m sure they are in it for the extra treats and the air conditioning. :gig
The Wyandotte surely has some beautiful coloring in his feathers: IMG_4403.jpeg IMG_4403.jpeg
