My issue is a bad back and getting old

😆😆😆

There should be a treatment for old age in this day and age!

DH & I have so many physical issues, he says the only cure for old age is death. Then we're promised a new heaven & earth plus a body that never ages! W/ my healing broken arm right now I look forward to a world w/ no more tears, pain, or sorrow.

Revelation 21:4 And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.

You're not eating it at the right time. Before bed to help with sleep
W/ arthritis, aching muscles, restless leg syndrome, joint pain -- DH and I take a magnesium drink mix which enters the body immediately to dull symptoms. Some people will drink a calcium/magnesium powder mix but I'm prone to kidney and gallstones so I just drink the magnesium by itself -- especially before bedtime if I ache from a day of hard work. Anything that lessens pain even a little is better than suffering full-blown pain.

We also take a 77-trace minerals drink which every living thing needs. We even put a small dose into chicken waterers about once or twice a month.

I think so. If I can’t find anything, at least I’ll find out if she is a true Ayam Cemani. Her organs, bones, and everything else internally and externally should be pitch black.
Just like Silkies who are black fleshed, black meat, black organs, black eyes, black legs but strangely have turquoise ears. Of course, the blood will be red as normal.

Black feathered or dark partridge Silkies can have some turquoise fading ears if broody or molting or sick.

Chick update

Well she is still with us, she is drinking really well with the syringe I am thinking of getting a nipple waterer for her. That way she can drink when she wants. She is also eating crumble, and for the first time I can feel her crop is full. I am trying to get as much fluids into her as I can to prevent impaction Of her crop.

I ditched the hobbles and went with braces on her feet to straighten them and her toes, and I used a piece of cardboard like a snowboard to hold her feet straighter and keep her legs is a better position.

I also placed her feet flat on the floor, tucked the towel between her feet and legs and tucked her in so her body is held at a better position. The added advantage is that on her struggles she is pushing with her get now.

I still have very low hopes in her odds of becoming mobile but I will persevere for a few more days and see if she can start to push herself upright. My fear is that she has too much damage and will never have her legs straight enough to stand let alone walk.
What's your alternative if nothing works? BTW did you say you were consulting a vet? Any advice? It hurts so much when we're powerless to administer a cure:(
